All of our rooms and restrooms in Dipoli are wheelchair accessible.

We will have a dedicated room for sensory breaks and lactation (this room may not be used for work or private calls). There are multiple quiet public spaces in and outside of the venue where you can hold conversations.

We have asked caterers to ensure that servers can answer detailed questions about ingredients. Many dietary restrictions or allergies can be accommodated. Please be sure to mention these in your conference registration form.

Conference Dinner Venue: Ravintola Töölö

The conference dinner venue has step-free access. Restrooms are accessible by elevator.

Transportation and Moving Around

Helsinki and Espoo have wonderful accessible transportation options. All vehicles used on transport services are accessible. Journey planning and passenger information are also accessible.
